Hot Weather Alert Issued for ComEd Region
PJM has issued a Hot Weather Alert for Aug. 26 for the ComEd region in anticipation of hot and humid weather. Hot Weather Alerts are issued when temperatures are expected to exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit (93 degrees in some areas) with high humidity, driving up demand for electricity.
